In short: this site does not collect, store, or sell your personal information. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no advertising pixels here. If you write to us, we simply have your email because you sent it.
1. What this site is
This is a small publication of general wellness notes, operated by HEALINGNATIONS LLC. It exists to be read. Nothing is sold here, and there is nothing to sign up for that creates an account.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not:
- create user accounts or profiles;
- set tracking or advertising cookies;
- run analytics that identify you personally;
- ask for, store, or process sensitive personal information;
- sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.
3. The reading circle form
The application form on our home page does not send anything to us on its own. When you press the button, your own email application opens with a message already written, addressed to us. Nothing leaves your device unless you choose to press send in your own email program.
If you do send it, we receive an ordinary email containing what you typed — your name and your email address. We keep it only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the address below.
4. Technical information
Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
The page loads a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font file. That is the only third party this site contacts.
5. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because we hold almost nothing, these requests are usually answered in a sentence — but write to us and we will answer honestly.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
